Message	like $10k with a CLEAN title. I offered less, and he cried about it. If I could score a runner with a salvage title for ~$5k, I'd be all over it. Gutted the next weekend, custom exhaust the following weekend (NiXit-style for cheap), and running on the edge the 3rd weekend. 4-wheels off?
